From 1922 to 2022, a historic match between the City of York, a loyal and passionate supporter base and the beautiful game.

Devising and delivering a unique campaign to honour 100 years of my hometown club, complete with record breaking revenues through kit designs, new club badge and social media launch. This project was a personal highlight as a supporter of the mighty Minstermen!


I worked on a small budget with a graphic designer to create a memorable centenary brand which paid homage to the footballing history of York City but also to the wonderful architecture surrounding the historic City of York.


This campaign has recently been nominated in the 2023 Football Business Awards for Best Brand Activation – up against a host of Premier League clubs and global marketing agencies.
